Processing Time
All products are made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch or collection. During peak periods, this may be slightly extended.

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

PUDO Locker Delivery

• Locker to Locker: R75.00

• Locker to Door: R150.00
  Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Uber Collection

• Customers may arrange their own Uber for collection.

• Please inform Phoenix Creations before sending your driver.

• The ride link must be sent via WhatsApp: 084 760 9489.

• Orders must be fully completed before collection is arranged.

Collection (Pick-Up)

• Location: Avonwood, Elsies River, Cape Town

• Collection Time: 13:00 – 16:30

• Please arrange collection in advance to avoid any delays or miscommunication.

Important Notes

• Ensure all delivery details are correct when placing your order.

• Phoenix Creations is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect information provided.

• Once an order has been handed over to the courier or Uber driver, responsibility transfers to the delivery provider.
